If you are struggling with a diagnosable mental health condition, therapy is likely the best fit. If you are feeling stuck but generally stable and looking for forward momentum, coaching might be the right path. We can figure this out together on a consultation call.

For Therapy: The process starts with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial session where we complete a mental health assessment, discuss your goals and challenges, and create a personalized plan. Please note that you must be physically located in a state where I am licensed to practice (currently CA and TN) in order to receive therapy services.
For Coaching: Coaching is action-oriented and goal-focused. We will start with a consultation to clarify your goals and map out a structured plan. Because coaching is not a clinical mental health service, it is available to clients regardless of where you live.

I primarily work with individual adults, though we do offer couple's counseling and family counseling in special circumstances.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor the clinical interventions (such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, etc.) to your specific needs and goals. I also offer a unique cyclical model for motivated clients: we can meet twice a week for a month to build intensive skills, followed by a month off to practice those skills in the real world. We will collaborate to find the rhythm and approach that works best for you.

Typically, I see individual adults aged 18 and up, including most seniors. In special circumstances, I may see adolescents. I do not see children under the age of 12.

Therapy doesn't look the same for everyone. For many, traditional therapy means meeting once a week, especially at the beginning. As you gain skills and improve over time, we can gradually taper those sessions to twice a month, once a month, or even every three months for maintenance and check-ins.
For clients who prefer a different rhythm, I also offer an intensive cyclical model. This involves meeting twice a week for one month to build momentum and learn new skills, followed by a structured month off to practice those skills in the real world before we begin the next cycle. We can decide together which pacing feels right for your goals.

No. This is a virtual-only private practice, making appointments easy and flexible for your busy schedule. We meet via a secure video platform, which means no time wasted in traffic or looking for parking. You just need a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking freely.

I am currently a self-pay practice (I do not accept insurance). However, a sliding scale is available for those who qualify.
Payment is due at the time of service. Any outstanding balance must be settled prior to scheduling your next session.
